About Bihar State ITI Employee Union
Bihar State Industrial Training Institute Employee Union (बिहार राज्य औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान कर्मचारी संघ) is a government-recognised trade union representing ITI employees across Bihar since 1974. Headquartered at Digha Ghat, Patna and affiliated to the National Federation of Govt. ITI Employment Association of India, the union serves 1,700+ members through grievance redressal, service advocacy and a charter of demands.

The Challenge
A 50-year-old union with 1,700+ members spread across Bihar had no digital home. Circulars, government orders and grievances moved by paper and word of mouth, and members in Hindi-first districts needed content in their own language.
Our Solution
We built a fully bilingual website in Hindi and English with an online grievance redressal portal, a digital membership sign-up flow, a searchable repository of circulars, orders and downloadable forms, and dedicated sections for office bearers, convention coverage and the charter of demands.
